About you

• 3rd level qualification
• Keen interest in Agriculture (desirably but not essential) with livestock handling experience
• Be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with admin tasks
• MUST be able to work on a rotational shift basis
• Open to Graduates in Operations Management

What you'll do

• Support the management team in all aspects of the business
• Supporting the processes required in the production side of the facility
• Take an active role in people management, equipment, transport and customer liaison
• When on call, local accommodation will be provided to improve reaction times
