Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with an international firm with global reach who are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a years contract with view to extend. This role can offer an experienced finance professional the next step in their career at a global market leader.

30k - 33k

The Ideal Person

  • Degree educated within Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other related area
  • SAP Experience is a bonus
  • Experience in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of GAAP

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Account and bank reconciliations, balance accounts etc
  • Journal and reporting entries
  • Period end activities
  • Supporting internal and external audits
