What you'll do

  • Assist in producing monthly management accounts, KPIs, and weekly reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Perform analytical reviews of P&L, reconcile balance sheets, and manage VAT/statutory submissions.

  • Process weekly wages and oversee sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control operations.

  • Support costing and margin analysis, including data maintenance in Siteline/Factorytrack.

  • Drive financial process improvements, internal audits, and cost-efficiency initiatives across departments

About you

  • Proven experience supporting monthly management and statutory accounts preparation.

  • Strong analytical skills with a background in balance sheet reconciliations and KPI reporting.

  • Familiarity with payroll processing, credit control, and financial compliance tasks.

  • Experience collaborating with operational teams such as Supply Chain or Production.

  • Hands-on involvement in product costing, system maintenance, and internal financial audits.
