VANRATH is pleased to partner with a leading Belfast business to offer an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team. This newly created role has arisen to support increased demands following recent acquisitions. reporting to the Financial Controller, this is an opportunity for growth and progression.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Accounting Technician to advance their career and transition into an Accountant.

What you'll do
- Bank reconciliations
- Oversee accounts receivable, managing sales invoicing
- Credit control, reconcile credit card transactions
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare journals, including inter-company transactions
- Debtor reports and sales variance
- Support month-end processes
- Ad hoc finance administration tasks, monitor emails and telephone queries
About you
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Part Qualified candidate or Accounting Technician or an experience Accounts Assistant
- Keen to progress
