VANRATH are recruiting an Asbestos Surveyor to work for a well respected provider of compliance services that assist Building and Facilities Managers in providing a safe and healthy built environment.

Remuneration:
c£24,000 - £27,000 + vehicle / fuel card

Client:
Our client is a well respected provider of compliance services that assist Building and Facilities Managers in providing a safe and healthy built environment. They specialise in Legionella Risk Assessments, Water hygiene monitoring, sampling and flushing programmes, Water treatment services, Remote Temperature Monitoring technologies, Water system clean and disinfections, Remedial works and more.

They operate across multiple sectors including Education, Social Housing, Councils, Healthcare, Hospitality, Financial Institutions, Government Agencies and they support many major Property and Facilities Management companies.

They are looking for Asbestos Surveyors to join them on a permanent basis, across various regions in Northern Ireland, responsible for assisting with asbestos surveys. Responsibilities include reporting and recording all works carried out, using meter logbooks, propriety maintenance records or spreadsheets and completing monthly reports for both the company and their clients.

An extensive training programme will be provided to enhance skills and career development.

The Ideal Person:

  • Possess a P402 Asbestos Certificate
  • At least 1 years operational experience
  • Ability to use PDA/Tablets/computer equipment for the collection of data
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A willingness to demonstrate flexibility based on operational requirements of the business
  • Full clean driving license
  • CSR / CSCS Card
  • Ideally Confined Space Training
