Area Sales Manager - Commercial Cleaning

With strong expansion plans in place for 2026, they are looking to appoint a motivated Business Development Manager to uncover new opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and grow their footprint across environments such as offices, warehouses, and industrial premises.

About You

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within facilities management, commercial cleaning, or services supplied to commercial or industrial settings
  • Proven ability to generate new business and nurture lasting client relationships
  • Confident in networking and identifying new prospects
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage your own territory and sales pipeline
  • Experience using CRM platforms and digital sales tools

What You'll Do

  • Source and win new business across offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, and industrial sites
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including facilities, operations, and procurement professionals
  • Carry out site surveys, client meetings, and service presentations
  • Produce tailored proposals and tender submissions to secure contracts
  • Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients
  • Represent the company at networking events and relevant industry functions
