Application Support Technician - Fully Remote

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with an established online learning solution provider on their search for a support technician to join their team. This position can be fully remote for candidates in the UK & Ireland. Experience with Moodle & Totara learning platforms are essential to be considered for the role.

The Role

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone & support portal

  • Using troubleshooting skills to provide solutions for problems

  • Install, upgrade and maintain applications

  • Analyse customer feedback to help improve services

  • Work with the wider support team to ensure operations run smoothly

The Ideal Person

  • Previous experience in a support role

  • Experience with Moodle & Totara platforms is essential

  • Ability to work with a wider remote team

  • Right to work in UK
