VANRATH are pleased to be working with a global software solutions company on their search for an experienced application support analyst. This is an opportunity to work fully remote or make use of the clients multiple NI based offices.
The Role
- Providing support for technology products and applications
- Managing escalated calls
- Performing software updates
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
The Ideal Person
- Scripting experience
- Linux/ Unix admin skills
- Windows administration
- SQL management experience
- Azure and Office 365 knowledge
