A chance for an Application Support analyst to join a leader in their industry!
You will Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshoot, prioritise, and resolve application issues to minimise business operation disruptions. You will also perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
For this role you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Effective troubleshooting capabilities
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
Familiarity with SQL
