Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the firms enterprise applications & database platforms. Primarily focusing on:

  • ERP system support
  • Supporting database platforms (SQL)
  • Work with wider IT and software development team

The Ideal Person

  • 3+ years application support experience including 2nd line support
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Sage)
  • Team working capabilities
  • Ability to develop documentation when required
