VANRATH are working with a market leader within Northern Ireland's IT market. The application support analyst will be repsonsible for the first line of IT Support and monitoring SQL response times.
The application support position requires 1+ years experience in a similar position and experience with PL/SQL.
Role
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for projects
- Provide customer focused support to clients
- Provide technical advice on products
- Issue management
- Problem prevention
Experience Required
- 1+ years' experience in Application Support role
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience with Application batch support
