Aftersales Manager (Motors) - Lisburn (35-42k + High OTE + Car)

VANRATH have partnered with one of the UK's largest dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Aftersales Manager position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Place of work is just Lisburn, this is a Permanent role with 45 working hours per week.

Salary

£35,000 - £42,000 + Bonus (up to £10,000 OTE and £5,000 over-achievement bonus) + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 33 days holidays.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a dealership Aftersales team, with responsibility for meeting all internal and external measures.
  • Constantly demonstrate a commitment to the company's PPA.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage the performance of a team of Service Advisers to deliver profitable, customer-focused service.
  • Manage all opportunities to deliver value-added sales.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet all customer service indices in line with the company's PPA.
  • Maximise productivity and meet income targets.
  • Identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.
  • Balance the complexities of resource allocation, including parts and labour.
  • To work effectively with a diverse workforce with evidence of managing in a pressured and complex environment.
  • Closely monitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing action required to improve sales.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years+ experience in similar role
  • Experience in After-sales service experience is preferred
  • Technical competence (NVQ or ATA or HFC or similar)
  • Full valid driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
