Shifts are held over Monday to Friday. No weekend working. Permanent position.

This role will be based at the company's Dungannon office. / Hybrid working 2 days at home and 3 in office

The Technical Support Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the efficient administration of the Technical Support Department, including scheduling, invoicing, dealer support, and warranty system management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload credit information and credit notes from Finance to dealer claims within the warranty system.
  • Review and upload risk assessments, service reports, and commissioning forms, ensuring accurate equipment time-in-service records.
  • Maintain and update product information on the online warranty system, liaising with Quality as required.
  • Produce Excel-based reports from Warranty and Service data for Quality, Engineering, and project needs.
  • Generate machine tracking reports using online systems.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Prepare monthly data packs and quality board reports.
  • Monitor and support departmental Health & Safety roadmaps.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Previous administrative experience.

Desirable:

  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Health & Safety qualification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
