Administrator (Immediate Start) (South Belfast)

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Leading Security company with the recruitment of Administrator. Fantastic company to work in.

Monday - Friday position. This role will be based in the companies South Belfast - Castlereagh office.

Initially this will be a Temporary contract - with views to be made permanent (High Likelihood of this, will depend on performance). This company is very progression focused.

This is an immediate need for the company, and individuals who are immediately available or have a 1-week notice will be preferred to others.

Salary

£20,000 - £22,000 + Weekly Pay + other additional benefits from a fantastic company

Responsibilities

  • First point of call for telephone and reception

  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures
  • General office kitchen and stationary store replenish stock and keeping tidy.
  • Filing - admin duties.
  • Any other Admin duties as they arise
  • Passing information on to relevant departments

The Ideal Person

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office
  • Individual with good energy
  • Good communicator

He purchased VANRATH's first official home on the 6thfloor of Lesley suites which enabled the business to hit the ground running with the establishment of our Accountancy Team

IT recruitment was VANRATH's next big venture and in 2004 the team has grown the IT business into the largest IT recruitment business in Northern Ireland.
