Administrator - Hybrid (£20k / Immediate Start)

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading Broadband company with the recruitment of an Administrator with Customer Service duties. Fantastic company to work in.

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm + 1 Hour Lunch). No weekend working.

The role will be mainly Hybrid working (3 days in Belfast City Centre office & 2 days Working from Home)

This is an immediate need for the company, and individuals who are immediately available will be preferred to others. Initially this will be a 3-month contract.

Salary

£10.25 p/hr + other Additional Benefits (Top Company)

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers, the install team and the sales team to schedule customer installations and to communicate, understand and resolve issues relating to the installation process

  • Contact customers for whom their installation is on hold in order to keep them informed of timescales

  • Manage the installations calendar and daily issuing of works to contractors

  • Provide information to customers to ensure understanding of the installation process, providing a top class customer service at all times

  • Update trackers and logs on Excel and updating the netadmin and powerapps systems daily

The Ideal Person

  • Experience working as an Administrator
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • High-level of IT Literacy
