VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Office Administrator for a leading Services based organisation.
Monday - Friday (8.30am or 9am start) - Permanent role - Office is based in Armagh.

Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package & Reviews
Responsibilities:
To provide efficient administrative and organisational support to the business, ensuring company travel, credit card processes, hospitality arrangements, and HR administration are managed smoothly and professionally - Around 60-70% of the role will be dealing with Travel Administration duties
- Organise all company travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Book flights, parking, trains, accommodation, transfers, and visas where required
- Ensure travel is cost-effective and compliant with company policy
- Maintain travel records and itineraries
- Act as main contact for travel-related queries
- Administer company credit cards (issue cards, monitor usage, reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, support finance reporting)
- Coordinate hospitality and events (book venues, arrange catering/logistics, manage budgets, deliver professional events)
- Provide HR administration support - meeting and greeting new staff etc
- Manage office stationery and canteen supplies (order stock, liaise with suppliers, monitor budgets, maintain supply levels)
- Deliver general administrative support (maintain records, issue fuel cards and process invoices, manage subcontractor insurance database, support teams, improve processes)
The Ideal Person:
- Experience in similar role
- Experience with Travel Administration duties
- Experience organising travel and logistics
