Role: Administrator - Temporary - Belfast
Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting our client, a large organisation, in their search for an Administrator for a temporary position, with the possibility of extension.

• Salary: £25,000
• 37 hours per week
• Belfast office, with on-site parking

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out various administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing, as required.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Organise and maintain records, files, and databases efficiently.
• Assist team members with administrative duties and help coordinate scheduling.
• Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures at all times.

Essential Criteria:

• GCSEs (grades A-C, including Maths and English) OR 2 A-Levels (grades A-C), OR equivalent qualifications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year's experience in an administrative or office-based role.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, along with strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
