VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a thriving Services based company with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their fun and friendly Mallusk team.

Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm). Permanent position.

Salary

£22,000- £23,000 + Fantastic benefits in a Modern Workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit small works accounts and quotations.
  • To control scheduling and plan in work activities for our operational teams.
  • Ensure all departmental documentation and site paperwork is up to date.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with both clients and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining and updating company management information systems.
  • Investigating and responding to client queries.
  • Any other administration and / or helpdesk requirements.

The Ideal Person:

  • Experience in Similar Role
  • Good communication skills
  • Be proficient in Excel
  • Strong customer focus and professional at all times
  • Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
