Administrator - 23.5k - North Belfast / Hybrid

Job Description

VANRATH are working alongside a leading Supply Equipment organisation with a prestigious reputation for the recruitment of a Service Admin.

This is a Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - Permanent position

This role is based in the company's North Belfast office. After probation there is the option to work 2 days a week from home.

Salary

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and colleagues' emails daily.
  • Liaising with customer ensuring they are kept up to date with schedule dates, order ETA's, parts etc.
  • Daily checks of the service inbox for any customer service PO's, orders, queries.
  • Draft quotations for non-contract work such as repair call outs, service work or for customers wanting to buy spare parts.
  • Complete service reports once they are submitted by engineers.
  • General data entry ensuring that our electronic records have the correct information such as pricing when needed
  • General administration duties to include answering the telephone, filing and keeping current records up to date when needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers to get up to date information regarding parts or services they supply and arrival times of orders.
  • Create Sales Orders for any orders that come through from customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365)
