VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of an Administrator for a Global market leader that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a thriving organisation.
This role is based in the company's Cookstown office. This is a Temporary (Maternity Cover) position.
Shifts are Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Salary
£22,800 per year + Fantastic Benefits package
Responsibilities:
Keeping tracking log up to date while shipping ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Posting invoice batches at end of day.
Scanning and filing of processed orders.
Assisting other team members when requested.
Any other administrative duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 1-2 years Office Administration experience.
Good communication skills and administrative skills.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Be able to adapt with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
