- 35 hours per week - No weekends

The Person
- Minimum GCSEs or equivalent, with relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
- Support office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
