Job Description

VANRATH are working with a fantastic client for the recruitment of Administrator in Warrenpoint.

The organisation are growing, and are looking to add multiple Administrators to become part of their team in their Upper Dromore Road office (Warrenpoint/ Newry)

This is a permanent position. This role is an immediate need for the company. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Full Time).


£20,000 - £21,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace


The successful candidate will provide an effective administrative service to the Response and Maintenance functions, ensuring the smooth running of the office and systems.

  • Standard Administration duties as required (Data input, telephone, email)
  • Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
  • Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
  • To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to all telephone callers
  • Manage telephone calls
  • All other Admin duties as required

The Ideal Person:

  • 12 Months Administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
