VANRATH are supporting our Public Sector client in their search for an Administrative Officer, to join their team based in Lisburn.

The Role
Office-based | Mon-Fri
Full Time | £10.60 per hour plus holiday allowance and benefits
Temporary with possibility of extension

Overview
As an Administrative Officer, you will provide high-level support to the wider team, including diary management and record keeping duties. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, responding to queries from clients and ensuring high levels of confidentiality are maintained.

The ideal candidate

  • Possess 4 GCSEs A-C, including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent level qualification.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative environment, to include liaising with the public.


The following skills and attributes are highly desirable:

  1. Demonstrable knowledge of GDPR requirements
  2. Word processing qualification
