Job Description

A leading Financial Management company has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Administrator to the team.

This role is based in the company's Portadown office - Permanent role (Mon - Fri).

Working closely with the firm's senior leadership and wider team, you will be involved in the following:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Working with a senior financial planner.
  • Gathering and analysing data.
  • Undertaking technical research on a wide range of financial products.
  • Preparing suitability reports with support and guidance from a financial planner.
  • Maintaining a client management system.
  • Helping to support an existing client base and dealing with client queries.
  • Adhering to the firm's compliance procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Person

Essential Criteria

  • An occupational safety and health qualification equivalent to EQF level 6, e.g. Degree/ NEBOSH/ NCRQ diploma, NVQ/SVQ Level 6;

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in Administrator role or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and strong personal organisation.
  • IT literate (proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
