A leading Financial Management company has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Administrator to the team.
This role is based in the company's Portadown office - Permanent role (Mon - Fri).

Responsibilities
Working closely with the firm's senior leadership and wider team, you will be involved in the following:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Working with a senior financial planner.
- Gathering and analysing data.
- Undertaking technical research on a wide range of financial products.
- Preparing suitability reports with support and guidance from a financial planner.
- Maintaining a client management system.
- Helping to support an existing client base and dealing with client queries.
- Adhering to the firm's compliance procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Person
Essential Criteria
- An occupational safety and health qualification equivalent to EQF level 6, e.g. Degree/ NEBOSH/ NCRQ diploma, NVQ/SVQ Level 6;
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in Administrator role or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and strong personal organisation.
- IT literate (proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
