This role will be based in the company's Belfast City Centre office. This is a Monday - Friday position (Permanent).

Salary

£23,000 - £25,000 + Fantastic Benefits & Progression Opportunities into more senior roles

The Role

  • Produce a wide range of business-related documentation, in line with normal template styles
  • Design presentations and assist in the preparation of high-quality reports
  • Support management meetings including collating papers, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Input and maintain client information
  • Provide administrative support on client projects as required
  • Assist with compliance procedures
  • Provide timely and accurate management information
  • General office duties including typing, filing, photocopying, process expense claims and timesheets, file storage and shredding as required.
  • Provide reception cover as required including lunchtime and annual leave
  • Sort and distribute post as required across the Firm for both incoming and external mail according to its priority.

The Ideal Person

  • Experience in a Administrative position is essential
  • Experience in a Financial environment or Global company is highly preferred
  • Strong communicator
  • Great with Microsoft word packages
  • Degree educated is preferred but not essential
