VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a well respected Construction company based in Derry with the Recruitment of x2 Office Administrators to join their growing and dynamic team.
Salary - £22,000 - £22,800.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
- - Initial point of contact for client and customer queries
- - Triaging new live jobs with customers
- - Scheduling appointments and assigning works to the relevant departments,
- - Managing a diary system for team leaders and operatives,
- - Monitoring the progress of all live jobs assigned,
- - Ensuring all job completions and works are completed in a satisfactory time manner, for KPI purposes,
- - Organising job completions with all relevant information and updating the IT system ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- -Liaise with other internal team members and Maintenance officers for queries and updates,
- To perform any other duties as reasonably requested by the ideal Person should:- Have good communication and organisational skills,
- - Good Customer service experience,
- - Ability to meet targets and deadlines in an ever- changing environment
- - Be a team player, Essential:
- - 1+ Years experience in an office environment,
- - IT literate Desirable:
- Social Housing Administration experience (not essential as full training will be provided)
