Job description

A company operating in the hospitality industry is offering a 4 day week! (30 hours) For the right candidate who is great with dealing with people and has an understanding of accounts processes in an office environment.

Desirable Applicant Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts office role

  • Experience with bank reconciliations and cash handling

  • Familiarity with payroll and PAYE (small volume)

  • Able to use financial software or quickly learn new systems

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred (or naturally strong people skills)

  • Comfortable acting as the first point of contact for new customers, both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities

  • Confident IT skills, including using computers, learning new software, sending emails, and scheduling appointments

  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette
