A company operating in the hospitality industry is offering a 4 day week! (30 hours) For the right candidate who is great with dealing with people and has an understanding of accounts processes in an office environment.

Desirable Applicant Criteria:
Previous experience working in an accounts office role
Experience with bank reconciliations and cash handling
Familiarity with payroll and PAYE (small volume)
Able to use financial software or quickly learn new systems
Previous hospitality experience preferred (or naturally strong people skills)
Comfortable acting as the first point of contact for new customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Confident IT skills, including using computers, learning new software, sending emails, and scheduling appointments
Professional and courteous phone etiquette
