Due to expansion the Finance Function is expanding and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Role
This role offers a clear route for growth and success and welcomes applications from focused graduates or seasoned professionals. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

• Analysing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working closely with business team to ensure accuracy of all bills
• Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices.
• Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies.
• Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
• Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
• Maintaining updated records of accounts receivable.
• Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.
• Managing collection of all payments

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role
• Passion for numbers and financial data
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with accounting software programs
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
