My client are world leaders within their sector, with continued success and growth, their finance function is rapidly growing.The Accounts Payable Team Lead will oversee daily operations and manage the AP Team. The AP Lead will be responsible for driving continuous improvements within the business.

What you'll do

  • Managing the AP Team - ensuing efficient productivity to achieve KPIs
  • Creating AP KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Monitoring of the AP queries and providing resolution
  • Monitor the AP mailbox, resolution of supplier / vendor queries
  • Process and matching invoices
  • Manage payment runs within the business
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

About you

  • Strong AP background
  • Experience of improvement processes
  • Management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
