Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end AP function:

- Process and match invoices for payment
- Post journals and maintain ledgers
- Reconcile transactions
- Conduct account analysis
- Ensure timely payments
- Address and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Foster positive relationships with vendors and handle inquiries
- Generate monthly reports for senior stakeholders
- Provide support during month-end processes

About you:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable, with exposure to multiple currencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in various systems
- Advanced Excel skills
