Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Clerk (Hybrid, Craigavon)

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a global manufacturing company to assist them in their search for a new Purchase Ledger Clerk for their Finance function. The purchase ledger will be responsible for processing high volumes of transactions and supporting the team.

The Role

The Accounts payable Clerk will be responsible for the following;

  • Creating Payment runs on a weekly basis.
  • Post weekly payments for DD's coming out of each entity.
  • Working within an AP team, resolving invoice queries
  • Post refunds

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Accounts payable clerk should have the following relevant experience;
  • Payment experience with the purchase ledger
  • 1-2 years' experience with SAP
  • Previous experience with VIM
  • Good IT skills with strong excel skills
  • Strong team player skills with the ability to communicate with other team players and senior management
