VANRATH are delighted to be searching for an Accounts payable Manager to manage a team of Accounts payable assistants and an Accounts Payable lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to take on a new team for a growing Finance Function in Belfast. This Role offers American working hours and a competitive salary package.

What you'll do
Managing all AP processes for the team
Adhere to compliance for tax
Liaise with senior stakeholders
Overseeing processing of all invoices & expenses in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy
Manage payment runs
Resolving client queries
Managing a team of 10+, holding team meetings, promoting team environment
Managing challenging situations with internal and external teams
About you
Experience of managing a large Accounts Payable function
Experience of creating a deliveries KPIs
Ability to resolve conflict and change efficiently
- Excellent managerial skills including creating a collaborative environment and managing challenging situations
