Job Description

My client are world leaders within their sector, with continued success and growth, their finance function is rapidly growing. The Accounts Payable Lead will oversee daily operations and manage the AP Team and report to the Finance Director.

What you'll do

  • Managing the AP Team ensuing KPIs
  • Developing monthly AP KPIs
  • Monitoring of the AP queries and resolving queried for clients
  • Process and matching invoices
  • Manage payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

About you

  • Strong Accounts payable background, start to finish AP process
  • Experience of improvement processes
  • Management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
