Are you looking for a new Accounts Payable role in Carrickfergus? This is a brand new opportunity to join an existing finance team for a renowned financial services company. You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable function and report to the Company Accountant.

What you'll do

  • Posting and coding of purchase invoices
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monthly ledger reconciliations
  • Management of Petty Cash
  • Other Finance Administration

About you

  • Previous experience with processing invoices
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience
  • Experience with Sage
  • Previously worked as an Accounts Admin, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk or Finance Officer
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
