About you

  • Accountancy graduate or current accounts admin seeking career progression
  • Studying or recently completed ATI or IATI
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of purchase ledger/accounts payable is desirable (full training provided)

What you'll do

  • Support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process: review, match and process invoices accurately
  • Maintain supplier records, assist with reconciliations and produce routine finance reports
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment and invoice queries
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements
  • Take part in training, coaching and development to build your professional skills
  • Gain exposure to global finance operations and wider business processes
