Accounts Payable Administrator
VANRATH are working with well-established multiple entity company in Cookstown is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team. What You'll Do
- Processing supplier invoices in line with company procedures
- Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensuring timely approval and payment of invoices within agreed terms
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
- Managing petty cash across multiple sites in Sterling and Euros
- Supporting the finance team during busy periods and assisting with reporting
- Contributing to ad hoc finance tasks and departmental projects as required
About You
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
- Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
- A problem-solving approach and willingness to support other areas of the team as needed
