A professional services organisation based in Belfast city centre, who offer support and guidance to a range of clients across various industries is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk to join on an initial 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity to join a company who are well respected within their industry.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient processing of purchase invoices in line with agreed timescales. This opportunity would suit candidates with 6 - 12 months finance experience who are looking to take the next step in their career.

The Ideal Person

If you are a Accountancy Graduate with 6 - 12 months experience;

  • Invoice processing experience
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Experience of bank reconciliations
  • Available at short notice


As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will:

  • Input and process purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier payments
  • Handling all supplier queries
