What you'll do
Reporting to the Financial Controller, You will be a proactive and organised individual, who thrives as part of a fast-paced environment and who is a keen team player. You will be a problem solver, have a good attention to detail, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and be comfortable handling invoices and customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
You will have responsibility for the following:
- Raise purchase orders and ensure procurement rules are adhered to
- Process and pay supplier invoices on a weekly / monthly basis
- Process all customer invoicing
- Daily posting of bank receipts / payments
- Assist employees with procurement queries
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Appropriately file electronic documents
- Respond to queries from customers and suppliers
- Provide general administrative and financial support when required
