Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover (Part Time)

Our client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance team during a temporary maternity cover. About you
- Previous experience in accounts
- Strong IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
What you'll do
- Manage the company's MRP system with precision
- Process invoices, credit notes, and statements efficiently
- Assist the Company Accountant with various accounting tasks
- Handle general administrative duties, including phone screening and stationery management
- Liaise with customers to resolve account discrepancies promptly
