About you

  • Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI / AAT)
  • Proven experience in a busy finance environment
  • Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong competency across Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team

What you'll do

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the core activities of the central finance function, including:
  • Managing purchase and sales ledger processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments
  • Overseeing bank reconciliations, lodgements, and supporting cashflow management
  • Assisting with month-end processes, including reconciliations, journals, and reporting
  • Preparing audit documentation and supporting compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to ongoing process improvements
  • Supporting general office administration such as scanning, filing, and occasional reception cover
