Client

VANRATH are delighted to be working with an established multi-site business who are highly regarded within their industry. This opportunity will suit an experienced Accounts professional who has proven payroll experience, ideally working across multiple sites. In a fast-paced industry, the organisation requires individuals with a strong work ethic and who are interested in making a positive impact.

This role is being offered on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, however reduced working hours can also be considered for the right candidate.

The Ideal Person

If you've 3+ years' experience working in a Finance role and are experienced within payroll management:

• Part Qualified Accountant/Qualified by experience with 3 years' experience in similar role
• Ability to work productively and flexibly while meeting deadlines
• Experience of end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel and Sage Line 50
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

As an Accounts & Payroll Manager you will:

• Be responsible for managing the company payroll, approx. 120 - 160 employees
• Assisting the Financial Controller in preparation of monthly and yearly accounts
• Processing financial transactions in a timely manner
• Act as first point of contract for all payroll queries
