A well established employer operating in Belfast for over 65 years are recruiting 2 Accounts Administrators to join their team on an initial temporary contract for 8 months, with potential of an extension or permanency based on performance.

Salary/ Benefits
Remuneration package includes:
- £25,000 - £33,500 (dependant on experience of account systems/processes)
- Immediate Start
- Potential of becoming permanent role for the right candidate
- 1 day Work from Home (after month 2) - becomes hybrid if permanent

The Ideal Person
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
- Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial record keeping.
*More experience the better, training provided to cover all job aspects. Applicants that are strong in some areas of accounting but may not be fully competent in other areas should still apply.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all invoices, payments, and receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in line with company procedures.
- Monitor arrears, follow up on outstanding balances, and support the team in resolving payment issues.
- Prepare monthly statements, financial reports, and account reconciliations for review by management.
