A well established financial services company, operating in the capital markets industry, are recruiting multiple Accounts Administrators to join their team on an initial interim contract for 6 months, with an option to extend or become permanent (based on performance).
Salary/ Benefits
Remuneration package includes:
- £28,000 - £31,000 (increase after 6 months)

The Ideal Person
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
- Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all invoices, payments, and receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in line with company procedures.
- Monitor arrears, follow up on outstanding balances, and support the team in resolving payment issues.
- Prepare monthly statements, financial reports, and account reconciliations for review by management.
