The successful candidate will play a vital part of the finance function, and have exposure across the UK and ROI to develop their skillset further.

About you
The successful Accounts Administrator will be keen to learn and progress.

  • Recent Accountancy and Finance graduate, or similar
  • Recent administrative or accounts experience in a placement year or employment
  • Driven and dynamic individual keen to learn on the job
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator both verbal and written

What you'll do

  • Code, process and file high volumes of purchase invoices for multiple suppliers
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Raise credit queries
  • Processing of customer invoices and receipts to the Sales Ledger
  • Processing invoices to other Group companies and agreeing month end balances
  • Analysis and posting of employee expenses
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist in the preparation of year end audit files for the company
