A growing, people-centred accountancy practice in Belfast City Centre is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone keen to develop their skills and progress within a professional office environment. Immediate start available.

About you
- 12-18 months' experience in accounts administration or similar finance role
- Comfortable with invoice processing, data entry and reconciliations
- Confident user of Excel; experience with Sage/Xero/QuickBooks is desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and eager to learn
What you'll do
- Monitor the accounts inbox and maintain accurate records
- Process purchase invoices (including 3-way match to PO and GRN)
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve queries
- Raise sales invoices and post receipts; assist with credit control admin
- Post bank transactions and support weekly/month-end payment runs
- Maintain supplier/customer master data and general admin support for the finance team
