VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounting Technician to join a a growing business in Portadown. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for varied role within the finance function.

What you'll do
- Support accounts receivable and payable functions
- Processing invoices, reconciling reports
- Process weekly and monthly payroll
- Monitor time and attendance records
- Generate weekly payroll reports
- Reconcile payroll, ensuring correct rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers
- Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
- Process weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare payroll journal
- Perform office admin as required
About you
- 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Accounting Technician
- Working payroll knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
- Positive attitude
- Team player
