Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing purchase order administration and processing invoices to the ERP system
• Document management of invoices and statements
• Costing invoices
• Reconciling statements
• Efficiently resolving queries and communicating with suppliers
• Reconciling company accounts
• Assisting with management accounts
• Providing cover for payroll duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts, preferably as a finance officer, Accounting Technician, or Accounts Assistant
• IATI qualified or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
