What you'll do

As an Accounting Analyst, you'll be part of a growing, dynamic team and report to the Team Lead. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple accounts
  • Acting as the primary contact for client queries
  • Handling and resolving any P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) issues efficiently
  • Processing payments, including inter-company transactions
  • Assisting with the month-end close for purchase-to-pay activities
  • Conducting statement reconciliations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with external teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Analysing financial data using Excel

About you

  • At least 2 year's experience in an accounts payable role or accounts assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
  • A collaborative team player
