* Assist with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and digital accounting systems
* Liaise directly with clients, providing clear guidance and building strong relationships
* Support the integration of cloud-based accounting solutions
* Contribute to advisory and business-support projects as the practice continues to grow
* Work collaboratively with the small internal team to ensure high-quality service delivery

What's in It for You
* Option to work a 4-day week
* One day per week working from home
* Family-friendly culture with excellent flexibility
* Opportunity to work directly alongside the Practice Owner with strong mentorship
* Space to grow your skills across accounts, tax, and advisory
* A stable, supportive environment with long-term client relationships
* Modern systems and tech-enabled workflows
* Real impact within a respected local firm

Requirements
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA)
* Experience in an accountancy practice environment
* Strong accounts preparation and tax compliance experience
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team
* Comfortable using cloud-based accounting systems (e.g. Xero/QuickBooks)
