VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with a recognisable employer based in Belfast city centre who are recruiting an Accountant to join their team. This is an initial temporary position and will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services. The Accountant will supervise a small finance team, while ensuring monthly and quarterly financial reporting is delivered on schedule. Although a temporary contract to begin with, this role has the potential to become a permanent post for the successful candidate.

About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Financial and Management Accounting experience
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders and differing levels
- Available to start at short notice
What you'll do
- Assisting in the delivery of the financial performance for the organisation
- Ensuring effective delivery of projects to agreed timescales
- Working with budget holders in managing budget expenditure
- Providing specialist financial advice in line with the business cases within the department
- Ad-hoc project work
- Supervision of small finance team
